He was predeceased by: his parents, Riley Thomas Lewis and Ina Leigh Lewis; and his grandson Matthew "Trent" Allen. He is survived by: his wife Kelly Harding Lewis; his daughters, Amber May (Jeff) of La Grange and Lisa Lewis of Clearwater, Florida; his grandchildren, Skyler Lewis, Ethan May, Gavin May and Jameson Pare; his great grandchild Kennedy Lewis; and his sisters, Jackie Smith of Kinston and Carolyn Ollar of Raleigh. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, friends and extended family and dear friends.
