She was predeceased by: her parents, John Odell Daughety and Lucy Hill Daughety; her husband Kenneth Reginald King; and her sisters, Marcia Daughety Hatchell, Ellen Pearl Daughety and Marianna Daughety Hill.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth R. King Jr. of Kinston, Edna Carol King of Kinston, Montgomery Clifton King of Kinston and Graham Grainger King (Nanette) of Kinston; her grandchildren, Leigh Carol Hardison (Austin), Kristin Brooke Cutlip (Zach) and Kayla Caroline King; her great grandchildren, Kinleigh Blair Hardison, Parker Brooke Hardison and Arden Brooks Cutlip; and her nieces, Kathy Hill Rutz (Don) and Lynn Hill.
In Lieu of flowers, Memorial contributions can be made payable to Armenia Christian Church.
