She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Skinner of Kinston and Waylon Skinner (Megan); her grandchildren, Kyra and Annabelle of Deep Run; her great grandchild Kelly Howard (Brian); her sister Rhodia Kornegay of Alberson; her nephews, Douglas Whaley of La Grange and Randall Kornegay of Albertson; Scarlett of La Grange.
In lieu of flowers Emilie asked that everyone donate to your local SPCA or Lucky Cats of Kinston.
