With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Faye Hill of Kinston, North Carolina, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Faye left this world on March 26, 2025 at the age of 84, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac Jay Sparrow and Lucille Moore Sparrow; and her brother Mike Sparrow. She is survived by: her husband Oazie Rodney Hill; her children, Oazie Hill (Dawn) of Fuquay Varina and Missy Hill Marcinowski (Thomas) of Carolina Beach; her grandchildren, Olivia Renee Hill, Aaron Tyler Marcinowski, Andrew Jarrett Hill and Kaitlyn Alexis Marcinowski; and her brothers, Issac J. "Bud" Sparrow, Jr. of Wilmington and Lynn Ray Sparrow of Wilmington.

Additionally, contributions may be made to Veterans Memorial Reef, a Non-profit Veteran organization.

We will ever miss her and our garden/swing talks and sharing our artistic side and love of our families. We drew on each other strengths as survivors of illnesses and gave each other strength as caregivers of our husbands. She was one of a kind and we look forward to spending eternity with her in our permanent and glorious home-Heaven with our Lord .”
