He was predeceased by: his son Jeff Parrott; his wife Vivian Parrott; his parents, James Parrott and Hazel Parrott; and his siblings, Frances Spivey and Dempsey Parrott.
He is survived by: his son Frank Parrott, Jr. of Kinston; his grandchildren, Angelia Parrott of Trenton and Seleena Parrott of Trenton; his daughter-in-law Edna Parrott; his sister-in-law Marie Benton; and his cousins, Gerald Benton and Kevin Benton.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Garner Funeral Home (209 W Peyton Ave, Kinston, NC 28501). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at the Westview Cemetery (917 Cleveland Dr, Kinston, NC 28504).
