She was predeceased by : her parents, Ezra Murphy and Nora Wiley Murphy. She is survived by : her husband Charlie; her son Michael (Christine); her grandchildren, Ashley (Zachary) and Daniel (Holly); and her great grandchildren, Jackson, Audrey, Noah, Emmaline and Penelope.
A graveside service was held on Friday, September 22nd 2023 at 2:00 PM at the Westview Cemetery (2679 Hillcrest Rd, Kinston, NC 28504).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Emmanuel Baptist Church, 5975 Hwy 70 East, LaGrange, NC.
