He is survived by : his close friend Carolyn Davis; his sister Alice Banks; his sons, Mike (Natalie), Steven (Patricia) and Gary (Sharon); his grandchildren, Daniel (Stacie), Alexis (Tyler), Mark, Josey (Logan), Ashley (Montana) and Kayli; and his great grandchildren, Marlee, Waylon, Elijah, Weston, Tabor and Wilder. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
