He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edward Price Sr. and Elizabeth Marie Stroud Price; his sister Janice Price Turner; and his wife Myra Jo Smith Price. He is survived by: his son James Thomas "Tommy" Price (Amanda); his grandsons, Zachary, Evan and Ethan of Greenville; his son William Edward "Eddie" Price (Ivey); his grandchildren, William, Emerson and Finn of Grifton; his daughter Kari Price Bienko (Pete); and his grandchildren, Sarah, Bailey and Peter of Greenville.
A graveside service was held on Monday, May 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Phillips Family Cemetery.
