He is survived by: his children, Taylor Annette Cade and Jack Dylan Cade; his granddaughter Maren Andrews; his parents, Jimmy Cade and Annette Cade; his girlfriend Crystal Fischer; and his brother Jay Cade (Teri). He is also survived by family members and friends.
