He is survived by: his children, Jesse Ray Burkett Jr. (Sherry), Christy Davenport (Dock) and Holly Burkett (Tommy Jones); his grandchildren, Dustin Burkett (Kelsey), Amanda McCarty (Tyler), Tyler Rouse (Kayla), Nicole Burkett, Trent Davenport (Allison) and Amber Davenport; his great grandchildren, Jaxson McCarty, Lynlee Burkett, Matthew Murdock, Ben Schoonover and Wrenlee Rouse; his close friend Becky Nunn; his siblings, Angeline Hayworth, Eugene Burkett, Ann Crook, Cynthia Jones (Tootsie) and David Burkett; and his friends, Jo's Café, Byrds, Big Blue and Mike of Horne's Service Center. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
