He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Gautier and Katheleen Turner Gautier; and his siblings, Sammy Gautier and Susie Gautier. He is survived by: his children, Teresa Cooper of Dunn, Tammy Akers (David) of Dunn, Larry Thomas Gautier, II (Debbie) of Clinton, Thomas Lee Gautier of Kinston and James Thomas Gautier of Kinston; his siblings, Johnny Gautier, Ann Jacobs (Billy) and Bessie Starling; and his godson Nathan (Hill). He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.
