He was predeceased by: his wife Brenda Brock Blomefield; his parents, Roy Blomefield and Verna Blomefield; and his siblings, Junior, Mary and Jack.

He is survived by: his son Mark Blomefield (Amanda); his grandchildren, Ava of Kinston and Ari of Kinston; and his siblings, Barbara Blomefield of Lithia, James Blomefield of Valrico, Maxine Hopson of Lumberton, Shirley Selph (Floyd) of Okeechobee and Donnie Blomefield of Deerfield Beach, Florida..

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested on Mack's behalf that donations be made to the college fund at Tabernacle Church.
