He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton S. Parker and Mertie Parker; his parents-in-law, Tommie and Junie Hawkins; his brothers-in-law, Thomas Hawkins (Cricket), Billy Hawkins, Ronald Bruce Hawkins, Tom Pitts, Charles Hill and Eddie Tompkins; and his stepchildren, James Ellis and Tonya Ellis.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Hawkins Parker; his sons, Maurice Parker (Pattie) of South Carolina, Robby Dale Parker of South Carolina and Rodney Parker of Nebraska; his granddaughters, Maurica Parker, Briana Parker of South Carolina and Cheyenne Parker of Nebraska; his siblings, Margie Newby (Bill) of Trenton, GA, Martha Pitts of Trenton, GA, Jackie Hill of Trenton, GA, Peggy Tompkins of Lake City, FL and Bud Parker (Ginger) of Lake City, FL; and his siblings-in-law, Donald Hawkins (Sue), Douglas Hawkins (Hilda), Durwood Hawkins, Herman Hawkins, Bobbie Hawkins and Wanda Faye Mallard.
