She is survived by : her husband Stephen; her children, Natalie and Gavin; her father Horace Croom, Jr. (Judy); her brothers, Gregory Croom (Crystal) and Timothy Croom (Jennifer); and her nieces and nephews, Ainsley Stox of Kinston, Jodie Croom of Kinston, James of Kinston, Kevin Wallace of Kinston and Ethan Croom of Kinston.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sandy Bottom Baptist Church (4568 NC-55, Kinston, NC 28504). A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
