He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon Coward and Beulah Coward. He is survived by: his wife Linda Jones Coward; and his children, Kevin Coward of Kinston, NC, Kawanna Coward, Freda Coward Williams of LaGrange, NC, Milton Coward of Grifton, NC and Simon Coward of Ayden, NC. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
