She is survived by: her husband Raeford Lane Whitley, Jr.; her children, Lisa Diane Creel (Bobby), Leslie Danielle Bird (Doug) and Raeford "Rae" Whitley, III (Kelli); her grandchildren, Dylan Davis, Melanie Davis, Lauren Davis, Kylie Taylor, Logan Whitley and Landon Whitley; her brother Elwood Jarman, Jr.; her father-in-law Raeford Lane Whitley, Sr.; and her sister-in-law Gena Scherber (Helen Hooker).
