She was predeceased by: her parents, Geddis Waddell and Gertrude Nodine Waddell; her sister Vonda Motley (John); and her stepdaughter Helen Fordham. She is survived by: her husband George S. Fordham; her children, Renae Dail Bowen and Timothy Hammond; her stepson James W. Fordham; and her grandchildren, Brandy Schmidt, Sean Dail, Jason Hammond, Jennifer Hammond, Jane Fordham, Sarah McLawhorn and Heather Davis. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
