He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dixon and Mildred Shaw Dixon; his wife Jackie Greene Dixon; and his siblings, David Benson Dixon and Kathy Adcock.
He is survived by: his children, Tabitha Dixon of Kinston and Randall Scott Dixon of LaGrange; his grandsons, Jaden Wall and Mason Dixon of Asheboro, NC; and his brother Stevie Dixon (Cindy) of Kinston.
