He is survived by: his wife Dee Jarman Smith; his children, Stephanie, Steve (Jamie) and Dan (Nicki); his grandchildren, MJ, Rylan and Jared; his sister Theresa Allen (Eddie); his aunts, Nicki Thomas and Ruth (Roy); his uncle Halford (Gail); and his pet Burger.
