He is survived by: his children, Michelle Ruth of High Point and Robert Earl Huggins II of Kinston; his grandchildren, Travis Lee Huggins of Grifton and Dakota Flynn Ruth of High Point; and his siblings, Linda King (Michael King) of Kinston and Van Huggins (Belinda) of Kinston.
