He is survived by: his children, Quincy Foye of Virginia, Tamica Thompson of Virginia and Tiffany Foye of Florida; and his siblings, Thomas Foye of Massachusetts, Reginald Foye of Kinston, Glenda Best and Sheila Foye of Kinston. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the R. Swinson Funeral Service (208 E Blount St, Kinston, NC 28501). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Peter Coc-Doc Church (602 J P Harrison Blvd, Kinston, NC 28501). A burial was held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Eastern Carolina Veterans Cemetery (164 Longs Plant Farm Rd, Goldsboro, NC 27534).
