He is survived by: his wife Inez L. Kilpatrick; his children, Dwain Kilpatrick of La Grange, Marvelle Kilpatrick of Kinston and Sabrina Kilpatrick of Raleigh; and his siblings, Armond Washington of Boston, William Washington of Grifton, Herbert Kilpatrick of Goldsboro, Douglas Kilpatrick of Maryland, Charles Kilpatrick of Kinston, Alice Williams of Washington, DC, Mary Koonce, Paula Barnes of Kinston and Cora Holmes of La Grange. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, one great grandchild and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
