She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Whaley and Margaret Williamson Whaley; her husband Richard Fenney Bendle; and her siblings, J. C. Abbott, Grover Linwood Whaley, Mae Elizabeth Maffei, Bessie Irene Page and Mamie Whaley Jarman.
She is survived by: her brother Robert Julius Whaley (Jocelyn). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
