Mingin (Bill) of West Ends, NC; his siblings, Thomas Mingin (Holly) of South Carolina, Tyler Whitley (Lindsey) of Kinston and Amy; his brother-in-law Jay Groff; and his nephews, Alex and Andrew Groff.
