He is survived by: his wife Sandra Oliver Wilcox; his sister Kay Heath (Toby); his nieces, Sherry (Jerry) and Lee Ann Smith (Bobby); and his sisters-in-law, Betty Kinney and Cora Davenport.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Westview Cemetery (917 Cleveland Dr, Kinston, NC 28504).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the North Carolina State Veterans Home at 2150 Hull Rd., Kinston, NC 28504.
