He is survived by: his wife Sandra Oliver Wilcox; his sister Kay Heath (Toby); his nieces, Sherry (Jerry), Lee Ann Smith (Bobby) and Jenny Seaburg (Chris); and his sisters-in-law, Betty Kinney, Cora Davenport and Patricia Oliver.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the North Carolina State Veterans Home at 2150 Hull Rd., Kinston, NC 28504.
