With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thelma I Carrow (Kinston, North Carolina), who passed away on April 22, 2021 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her children, Phyllis Victoria Henderson of Laurel, MD, Charles Norfleet of Kinston, NC and Katrina Norfleet of Frederick, MD. She is also survived by two stepdaughters;13 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family invites donations to the scholarship fund in her memory at her alma mater, Livingstone College.
