He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurman, Sr. Vincent and Marian Dunn Vincent; his siblings, Nancy V. Smyth, Maxine Reel and James Noah Vincent; his sister-in-law Linda S. Wallace; and his niece Linda Ruth Wallace.
He is survived by: his significant other Anne S. Vincent; his son Timothy "Tim" W. Vincent (Jean); his grandchildren, Zachary, Holly and Hunter Hardison; his sister Sandra Vincent Vizzini (Joe); his sister-in-law Debra Keel Vincent; and his sibling's child Jewel W. Tilghman. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
