She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Zachary Harper of Deep Run and Olivia Mae Taylor Harper of Lexington, KY; and her sister Sabrina Lee Harper of Kinston. She is survived by: her husband Pedro Arias Samano of Kinston; her brother Lane Harper (Bobbie); her sons, Natalio Bautista Jr. (Heather Taylor) and Javier Bautista; her sisters-in-law, Blanca Arias, Gena Arias and Petra Arias; her sibling's children, Junior Arias, Julio Arias, Amada Arias, Keisha Harper, Iecdra Harper, Zachary Harper and Garrett Harper; her cousin Olivia Marie Gibson; and her caregiver Pomeranian.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Pink Hill Funeral Home (1056 NC-11, Pink Hill, NC 28572). A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Pinelawn Memorial Park (4488 US-70, Kinston, NC 28504).
