He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Thornton Eubanks and Mary Waters Eubanks; his wife Lucille Greene Eubanks; and his siblings, Guy Jr., Eugene, Edward, Elbert, Ada, Evelyn, Elizabeth and Rachel.
He is survived by: his children, Joy Elizabeth Eubanks and Russell Virgil Eubanks (Melissa Mattocks); and his grandson Miles Westbrook Eubanks.
