In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Walter had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Walter may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He is survived by: his wife Delia J. Hall of Kinston; his children, Timothy Hall, Sr. of Kinston, Theresa Powell of Raeford, NC and Shelia Hall of Kinston; and his sister Louellen Calloway of Waldorf, MD.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
