He is survived by: his wife Lola Lender Lewis; his children, Bobby Lender of Burlington, NC, Calvin Lender of Kinston and Laura Graham of Kinston; and his siblings, Eldon Lewis of Charlotte, NC, Preston Lewis, Johnnie Lewis, Larry Lewis of Kinston, Ernest Steven Lewis of St. Maria, Linnie Mills, Etta Lewis, Edna Lender, Katherlene Sutton of Kinston and Martha Lewis of Mattapan. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
