William H. Woolard Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Woolard and Lillian Waters Woolard; and his brother Ronald L. Woolard. He is survived by: his granddaughter Easter; his wife Ann House Woolard; his daughters, Lillian W. Vinson (James) of Goldsboro, Cynthia W. Leamy of Raleigh and Sheila Kay W. Rhyne (Kelly) of Ayden; his grandchildren, William J. Vinson, Elliott Tracey, Noah Leamy, Logan Leamy and Lauren Vinson; his great grandchildren, Skylar Tracey and Cameron Vinson; and his sisters, Hilda Scheibach and Sarah Kay Miller.

Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Seymour Funeral Home (1300 Wayne Memorial Dr, Goldsboro, NC 27534). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 6:45 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Eastern Carolina State Veterans Cemetery (164 Longs Plant Farm Rd, Goldsboro, NC 27534).
