He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Bowes Riggan and Ollie Thomas Riggan, Sr.; and his son Shelton Wilson. He is survived by: his children, Andy Riggan, Jr. (Robin) of Newport, Curtis Tant (Barbara) of Youngsville, Joe Wilson (Patricia) of Henderson and Mary Elizabeth Herrera of Angier; and his daughter-in-law Ann Wilson of Townsville. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
