She is survived by: her daughters, Carolyn Huff, Diane Ayscue (Chris) and Sherry Walsh (Art); her grandsons, Samael Walsh (Sarah) and Joseph Walsh; her sister Louise Edwards; and her close friend Linda Faulkner.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Sossamon Funeral Home (1833 Oxford Rd, Henderson, NC 27536). A graveside service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Pernell Family Cemetery.
