He was predeceased by: his father Blaine Toler of Nags Head; and his grandparents, Sidney, Leola Toler, Bill and Gloria Thomas of Nags Head.
He is survived by: his mother Sammy Moore of Nags Head; his sisters, Phebe Toler James of Nags Head and Shannon Toler Glaser (Edward); his nieces and nephews, Peyton Cooper of New York City, Flynn Cooper of Raleigh, Emerson and Easton Glaser; his friend Lori Herbin of Kitty Hawk; his aunts and uncles, Debbie Brown (Ray) of Manteo, Teresa Osborne (Butch) of Nags Head, Becky Miller, Sandra Midgett of Southern Shores, Daphne Casper (Raye) of Kitty Hawk, April Hardison (Carl) of Plymouth, Melanie Toler of Kitty Hawk, Albert Thomas (Gail) of Manteo, David Thomas (Beth), Andrew Thomas (Anna) of Kitty Hawk and Tommy Toler (Margaret Joy) of Wanchese; his stepsiblings, Sam Moore, Kelsey Webster (Patrick) of Greenville and Phillip Guthrie (Danette) of Newport; and his friend Justin Bleicher. He is also survived by many cousins and close friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Outer Banks Chapel - Twiford Funeral Homes (500 Budleigh St, Manteo, NC 27954). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Austin Cemetery W Kitty.
