She is survived by: her husband Douglas Charles Meekins; her daughters, Lindsey Kakretz (Eric) of Kitty Hawk, NC and Erin Gregory (Brent) of Huntsville, AL; her grandchildren, Amelia and Walter Gregory; her mother Janie Lentz Stephenson; and her siblings, Kathi Stephenson, Linda Stephenson, Sherri Munford and Walter R. Stephenson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
