He is survived by: his parents, John Peters and Lynn Peters of Vernon, CT; his son Caleb Peters of Knightdale; his brother David Peters (Judy); his niece Rachel; his nephew Colby of Cape Neddick, ME; and his aunt Susan Peters of New Haven, CT.

In lieu of flowers, Andy's family is requesting donations to be made to the Duke Raleigh Cancer Research Center for the further development of treatments for neuroendocrine cancer.
