She is survived by: her children, Tammie Maynard (Gordon), Norman "Gene" Kluttz, Jr. and Sandie Adkins (Brian); her grandsons, Christopher Maynard, Shaun Maynard and Jeremy Adkins (Natalia); her great grandchildren, Jace Adkins and Elliana Adkins; and her sisters, Aggie Peninger and Cathy Joyner. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
