He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Mandelbaum and Becki Mandelbaum (Lozea); his former wife Sheila Katz Mandelbaum; and his siblings, Arthur, Jake, George and Helene Brezil.
He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Michelle Mandelbaum (Thomas Selle); his wife Carol Sass; and his granddaughter Caitlin Ashlee Selle.
