He was predeceased by: his father William E. Smithen. He is survived by: his mother Sylvia Cuffy; and his siblings, Basil Halliday, Linnette Halliday, Tereciah Smithen-Quintana and Tessiah Smithen. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and extended family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to assist the Willock family with final expenses.
