She was predeceased by: her parents, John C. Henley and Nova Creech Henley; her son Jeffrey Perry; and her brother Curtis Henley. She is survived by: her son Ryan Perry (Joann); her grandchildren, Ryan Austin Perry and Heather Thomas (Ben); her siblings, Ben Henley (Cheri), Gary Henley (Debbie), Joan H. Averette and Peggy H. Cox (Hoyt); her sister-in-law Susie Henley; and her aunt Clara "Tootsie" Donahoe. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
