She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey Hetzel; her children, Andy Zeneski (Emily) and Kim Zeneski (Dawn); her stepchildren, Shawn Hetzel (Melissa) and Jessica Hetzel; her grandchildren, Zachary, Nicholas, Elle, Ellyn, Ljutic, Skyla, Olivia, Jordyn, Taylor, Brayden, Edwin, Skyler and Saydie; and her siblings, Allen LaFave, Lisa Sadler and Brandi Doty.
