She was predeceased by : her parents, Linnie Catoe Sampson and Hutson Boyd; and her stepfather Tracy Sampson. She is survived by : her children, Lisa Crabb of Wake Forest, NC, Frank Sewell of Mount Pleasant, SC, Andrew Sewell of Wilmington, NC and John Sewell of Huntington Valley, PA; her grandchildren, Katelyn, Sara, Otto, Emily and Zoe; and her sister Judy Boyd Chavis of Rockingham, NC..
