He was predeceased by: his parents, John Carl Henley and Nova Creech Henley. He is survived by: his wife Susan Watkins Henley; his sons, Chris Henley, Mike Henley (Mari) and Dennis Henley (Brandy); his grandchildren, Keri Lusk (Ross), Christopher Henley, Jr. (Bree), Brooke Krasneck (Cody), Adam Henley (Cheyenne), Molly Henley, Josh Henley, Sara Henley, Trinity Warren, Jordan Andrews (Michael) and Coalton Henley; his great grandchildren, Eli Lusk, Emerson Lusk, Mason Henley, Landon Henley, Caleb Henley, Willow Henley, Bentley Krasneck, Bailey Krasneck, Brady Krasneck, Railey Andrews, Amelia Andrews and Ava Andrews; his siblings, Eula "Duck" Perry, Ben Henley, Joan Averette, Peggy Cox and Gary Henley; and also Phillip Bridges.
