He was predeceased by: his father Robert Galston Satterwhite; his grandson Matthew Reynolds; and his daughter Donna Holt. He is survived by: his mother Gladys Hite Coker; his wife Geraldine Crawford Satterwhite; his children, Robert "Robbie" Galston Satterwhite and Dawn Hall; his sisters, Pat Fowler (Harold), Marian Raaf (Dave) and Gail Massey (Jim); and his grandchildren, Connor Hall, Nichole Reynolds, Brittney Roberts and Gary "Clay" Reynolds. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
Flowers are accepted or memorial contributions may be made in Robert's memory to the Triangle American Heart Association or Kindred Hospice.
