He is survived by : his wife Catherine "Cathy" Gensel Maynard; his children, William "Billy" Jeffrey Maynard, Jr. (Meghan), Charley Maynard (Elizabeth) and Mary Grace Maynard Kennedy (Adam); his grandchildren, Arciella "Ari" Hope Kennedy, Willow Dove Kennedy, Sawyer Lynn Maynard, Evangeline "Eva" Maynard, George Thomas Maynard and Colton Rhett Maynard; and his brother Joey Maynard (Debra).
