He was predeceased by: his son Christopher Wells; his mother Blanche Thomasson; his stepfather Edward Stahl; and his brother Troy Lee Pope. He is survived by: his wife Nichole Wells; his children, Joshua Wells, Alston Wells, Harlie Wells, Chelsea Wells, Alyssa Wells, Elizabeth Kelley (Brandon), Brandon Bell and Taylor Pritchett (Maggie); and his sister Angela Pope Denton (Albert). He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully asks that memorial donations be directed to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
