He is survived by: his wife Carol Freeman Lewark; his daughter Jodi Lewark; his granddaughters, Olivia Lee (Sean) and Caroline Mayle (Evan); his great grandchild Brooks; his sisters, Alice Church (Jimmy) and Ellen Vaughn (Ronnie); and his nephew Tommy.
