She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Stanley and Frankie Tripp Stanley; her brother Henry Stanley, Jr.; and her brother-in-law Robert Belica. She is survived by: her children, Mary Shafer (James) and Clark Parsons; her granddaughters, Michelle Merritt (Daryl) and Melinda Reeves (Kenny); her great grandchildren, Lexi Reeves, Laney Reeves, Damon Merritt and Katelyn Merritt; and her sister Shirley Belica. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rouse Funeral Home (108 N Caswell St, La Grange, NC 28551). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
