He is survived by: his mother Nancy Kellum Rizzo; his wife Barbara Smithwick; his daughter Keisha Lowery Lane (J. T.); his grandchildren, Julian Lowery, Lavette Cooper and Brooks Lane; his son John Gibson (Terry); his sister Portia Jennison (Bill); his stepsisters, Janet F. Cooper (Tim) and Jackie Fuqua; and his pets, Bella, Junior, Little Bit and Stumpy.
The family prefers donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or your local animal shelter, as these memorials would honor Chuck's life more than flowers.
